In Bulgaria, the executive council of the Reformist Bloc (RB) declared they will take advantage of the mandate to form a government handed over to the formation by President Rossen Plevneliev.
This is the last chance to form a cabinet within the framework of the current parliament before the appointment of a caretaker government.
After the two major parties Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) and Bulgarian Socialists Party (BSP) returned one after the other the mandate to form a government within the framework of the current Parliament, the Reformist Bloc is the third parliamentary group to receive a survey mandate by the president.
If they cant form a government, then, Rossen Plevneliev will have to appoint a caretaker cabinet.
