Bulgarian President Rumen Radev gave a press conference on the occasion of one year of his inauguration.
President Radev is adamant that the institutions are not at war but they have "certain differences about values."
The President stressed that he set the beginning of a normalisation of relations with Russia, which in his words are “strategically important for both Bulgaria and Europe”.
In his words, standing up for Bulgaria's sovereignty and security cannot be taken for granted.
Rumen Radev admitted there is a wide spread corruption, which demoralises the Bulgarian society.
