At the age of 9, the little Varna-born Nadia made and sold pancakes in the Golden Sands resort at the Black Sea where her parents had a "great" restaurant.
After graduating from the University of Varna, at the age of 21, Nadia received the unusual but very attractive offer to work on luxury yachts.
Nadia and her future husband Troy from New Zealand met in 2001 in the Grand Bahamas while working as an internal manager and chef respectively in the luxury yacht industry.
In 2018, already married to Troy Davidson, Nadia and her husband became the new owners of Pembroke Wines & Spirits Wanaka.
