Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev attended the European Council sitting in Brussels and expressed his support of the EU fundamental values, unity and solidarity.
Mr Radev also warned that the EU might transform from a union of principles and values into a union of haggling and bargains.
President Radev again underlined that Bulgaria was against the idea of a multi-speed Europe and the division of the union into core and periphery.
