2003年本科毕业于南京理工大学外贸英语系，2004年在墨尔本莫纳什大学攻读新闻传播学硕士。2005年开始以实习生的身份在SBS中文普通话节目组参与节目制作，同年通过考试成为该节目组的casual producer，毕业并获得新闻传播学硕士学位。2006年开始在皇家墨尔本理工大学攻读会计研究生文凭。2008年毕业后，在维多利亚州政府部门工作。2013年SBS 广播电台节目改版，普通话节目扩大后，担任周一到周五节目主播。
Alan Qu, graduated in Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2003 with the Bachelor Degree of Business English. In 2004, being an overseas student, Alan came to Melbourne to study Master of Communications and Media Studies in Monash University. Alan’s first approach to SBS Radio Mandarin Program started with his internship in 2005, when he became Casual Producer of the team later in the year. Graduating from Monash University, Alan continued his student life with the study of Graduate Diploma of Accounting in RMIT from 2006. After obtaining the diploma in 2008, Alan started to work in the government sector of Victoria. From 29 April 2013, Alan co-hosts Mandarin program every day from Monday to Friday at 7am-9am.
