A shopper saw a 28-year-old man trying to film a woman in a change room on the Sunshine Coast on Sunday and called police.
Police later discover a cache of pictures, believed to have been taken at two Sunshine Coast shopping centres, on his phone.
Police now want to speak to women who used the changing rooms at Noosa Civic or Sunshine Plaza between November 18 and December 10.
The man, who was on a working visa, has been charged with 54 counts of recording in breach of privacy and is due to face the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Monday.
