China's floating hospital, Peace Ark, has set sail for Vanuatu, Fiji and Tonga.

It's reported to bypass Pacific countries that have formal diplomatic relations with Taiwan, including Tuvalu, Palau, the Marshall Islands, Solomon Islands, Nauru and Kiribati.
