Deadly NY fire caused by boy playing with stove

Mayor Bill de Blasio says the Bronx fire that killed 12 people, including four children.

At least 12 people, including four child, have been killed during an apartment building fire in New York.

The blaze broke out in the five-storey building, a block from the grounds of the Bronx Zoo.

Around 170 firefighters were deployed and worked for several hours to bring the fire under control.

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said four people were critically injured.

He called it the worst fire of its kind in the city in 25 years.
