Manus Island detention centre to close before the end of October

Immigration Minister Peter Dutton says refugees who remain after the Manus Island detention centre closes later this year (by Oct 31)will be given the option to go to Nauru, a third country like Cambodia -- or to remain in Papua New Guinea.
