Schapelle Corby arrives home, but yet to be seen in public

Schapelle Corby has kept a low profile since arriving back home in Australia.

Ms Corby is back in Brisbane - 12 and a half years after she was caught in Bali with 4.1 kilograms of marijuana in her boogie board bag.

The 39-year-old, accompanied by her sister Mercedes, arrived on an Air Malindo flight that landed just after five this morning (Sun).

Spokeswoman for the family, Eleanor Whitman, says they are now requesting privacy.

But she says they are thankful for the support Corby has received.

"It is with gratefulness and relief that we mark Schapelle Corby's return to Australia. We would like to say thank you to Schapelle's supporters for all the faith, love and support they have shown over the years. To all those in Australia and to all of those in Bali, who were there throughout the difficult journey, your support has not gone unnoticed. To each and every one of you, you are appreciated."
