Sydney Harbour Bridge climbing fine increases from $3,300 to $22,000

Man A man who climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge, sparking a major police operation for more than five hours has been handcuffed by authorities and brought down.

NSW Government has announced it will increase fines for illegally climbing Sydney Harbour Bridge.

The penalty for illegal climbers will be increased from $3,300 to $22,000.
