In the last year, road safety cameras in Melbourne have issued over 1,300,000 fines with more than $333 million paid by drivers for exceeding the speed limit or running red lights.
The following are locations where many drivers are easily getting caught out.
·Western Ring Road, about 1600 metres west of Sydney Road, Broadmeadows;
·At the intersection of Warrigal Road and Batesford Road, Chadstone;
·Western Ring Road, Ardeer, north and south of Ballarat Road;
·Western Ring Road, Laverton North, Boundary Road gantry, northbound and southbound lanes.
