Police are investigating an incident in Sydney's West Pennant Hills amid unconfirmed reports that two children were fatally shot.
The NSW Police Force confirmed a "police operation is underway at a home in West Pennant Hills" and a crime scene had been established.
A NSW Ambulance spokesman said two people were dead at the location and paramedics were also treating a third victim.
