Development and security were on the agenda for talks between Malcolm Turnbull and visiting Afghanistan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani. Mr Ghani is the first Afghan president to visit the country. But the visit has been met with mass protests from the local Hazara community, who fear he is trying to broker a deal to deport Hazara refugees back to Afghanistan. Aaron reports.
