Recent study revealed women in Australia continued to face sexual harassment and gender discrimination.


The figures suggest cases like sexual harassment are still on the rise. But we can take comfort of the fact that more Australians are ready to confront people who commit it.

Gender discrimination is also a fact that needs urgent attention.

We have invited an academic and the specialist of Cultural Diversity, a consulting firm with cultural diversity, Wesa Chau, to highlight the issues faced by women in the workforce today, and her experience in fighting branch stacking in political parties as well.
