Australia and UK FTA

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and British prime minister Theresa May have visited London's Borough Market, where two Australians were among eight victims of a June attack. The pair later held a joint press conference, discussing topics such as trade, North Korea and terrorism. Ms May says a bilateral trade deal with Australia remains a priority for Britain as it negotiates its exit from the European Union. Mr Turnbull says Australia would be ready to put such a deal in place when Britain eventually leaves the 28-member bloc.
