Paul Siu is an IT professional. He lived in Melbourne in the early 90s and returned to Hong Kong to pursue his career. He had handled a number of very challenging IT projects including the technology side of the first generation of smart HK identity cards. At the height of his career, he returned to Melbourne for good with his family. What caused him to make this decision? What is his outlook for his career in Australia?
