Security is being increased in Berlin after a truck crash believed to have been intentional killed at least 12 people and injured dozens more at a busy Christmas market. German authorities have released the suspect originally arrested in the case, a Pakistani national who had apparently entered Germany late last year and claimed asylum. The self-proclaimed Islamic State, or I-S, has now claimed responsibility for the attack.
