Brisbane had record-breaking temperatures in the past month, with 30 consecutive days of 30 degrees or above. It is also predicted that the average temperature in March will also be higher than previous years. Furthermore, on February 22, the Ovation of the Seas, the worlds fourth largest cruise liner, stopped by Brisbane for the first time, generating more than $1 million for the local economy.
