A British inquiry into the 2006 killing of former FSB agent Alexander Litvinenko [lit-vin-YEN-ko] has concluded he was murdered by Russian intelligence operatives -- probably with the knowledge of President Vladimir Putin. Mr Litvinenko, an outspoken critic of Putin who fled Russia, died after drinking green tea laced with the rare radioactive isotope, polonium-210, at London's Millennium Hotel. Now, the British government says it is considering further action against Russia. Ivan and Selina report.
