Can we end multinational cooperate tax avoidance?

For more than five years, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has been trying to get countries to reach global consensus on its plan to end multinational tax avoidance. In January, 127 countries and territories agreed to a proposal to revise global tax rules. This week the OECD will publish feedback from stakeholders.
