Capital gains tax concessions cut by half?

According to a report by ABC, the federal government is considering cut thecapital gains tax concessions up to half to compensate its plan to cut salary tax. Meanwhile, a report announced by the Human Rights Law Centre pointed out that all the State and territories governments are cutting fundings for community legal centers, legal aid and the advocacy services which may affect our democracy.
