The Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yeut-ngor said that she will be keeping her Policy Address to the Legislative Council short by just reading a statement instead of reading the document in its entirety.
But she said she would stand ready to explain the proposals in the Policy Address. "That is why I have extended the duration for the press conference, so that journalists will have more time to ask more questions about the Policy Address," Lam said.
