Days before the same-sex marriage postal survey forms are sent out, pamphlets are being distributed targeting Chinese-Australians. (Sent out next Tuesday) The material written in Chinese advocates both the 'yes' and 'no' positions. It comes as Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull again repeats his call for a respectful debate.
