Three crossbench members of the Senate have formed an alliance to try and increase their influence over government policy and legislation. David Leyonhjelm from the Liberal Democrats, says he'll cooperate with Corey Bernardi, from the Australian Conservatives, and independent Fraser Anning to negotiate or vote as a block when they can agree on policy.
