Current Affair: Casual workers could get permanent roles after working for 1 year

Under a new Fair Work Commission Proposal, casual workers could be offered permanent jobs after 12 months. Employers would be required to offer casuals a permanent job, if they have been working a pattern of hours that qualify them for a full-time or part-time position. Ivan and Selina report.
