The second major hurricane in less than two weeks is heading toward the United States, having already hit island nations and territories in the Caribbean Sea. Roughly the size of Tasmania, Hurricane Irma is reputedly the most powerful Atlantic Ocean hurricane in history. It arrives as parts of the United States are reeling from the devastating effects of Hurricane Harvey. Ivan and Alex have more.
