British police say there are 'reasonable grounds' to suspect corporate manslaughter in Grenfell Tower fire. The Metropolitan Police force said on Thursday it officially informed the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Association that they are under suspicion.
