Portugal has declared three days of national mourning as the forest fire death toll rises to 62. Meanwhile, The British government has drafted in extra staff to improve its response to the fire, which is believed to have killed at least 58 people. Londoners have held a tribute at a church in the Notting Hill area for the victims of the London Grenfell tower blaze. Ivan and Selina report.
