The latest report card on Australia's wellbeing has shown our reliance on welfare has increased by $40 billion over the past decade -- making up 9.5 per cent of our gross domestic product. The report also confirms the dream of homeownership is slipping further away, for younger generations. Meanwhile, yet another new report has found it's getting harder for low-skilled job seekers to break into the workforce. Anglicare Australia commissioned the report and it's calling for more government intervention to help low skilled workers overcome barriers. Ivan and Kenneth report.
