Palestinian rivals Hamas and Fatah have signed a reconciliation deal to end a decade-long rift. Meanwhile, The director of UN's cultural organisation, Irina Bokova, says she regrets the United States' decision to withdraw from Unesco. The US state department cited "anti-Israel bias", and concern over mounting financial arrears at the agency, as reasons for the decision. Ivan and Kenneth report.
