Federal Agriculture Minister David Littleproud says levies introduced by the big supermarket chains, purportedly to assist drought-stricken farmers, are just media stunts. The minister says Coles and Woolworths could help farmers more if they dropped their dollar-a-liter milk promotions. Ivan reports.
