Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull is to meet with Labor leader Bill Shorten this week following the opposition leader's call for fixed term elections. Mr Shorten says changing to a fixed four-year term would bring the commonwealth in line with most of the states and territories. Winmas Yu reports.
