Queensland senator Fraser Anning has used his maiden speech to parliament to call for a radical re-think of the nation's immigration system. He wants Muslims to be excluded from Australia's migrant intake, and welfare payments banned for all migrants within the first five years of their living here. Janis Lam and Iven Leung report.
