The Royal wedding of Prince Harry and Ms Meghan Markle, the American actor, will take place tomorrow, and Meghan confirmed that her father will not attend the wedding. And The World Health Organization (WHO) will convene an Emergency Committee to consider the international risks of an Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
