Current Affairs: Tsunami-warning system under question

Indonesia's National Disaster Mitigation Agency says the country's tsunami-detection buoys were not working when an earthquake and tsunami hit the island of Sulawesi.It has led to calls for an overhaul of the tsunami-warning system.
