Hurricane Irma has lashed Florida's Gulf Coast, knocking out power to more than 2.6 million homes and businesses and flooding streets in the city of Miami. Despite being downgraded to a Category 2, forecasters have warned Irma remains extremely dangerous, with sustained winds of around 175 kilometres per hour. Selina Kong and Winmas Yu have the details.
