The so-called Islamic State (IS) has apparently claimed responsibility for two sets of explosions in Syria that reportedly left more than 140 people dead.The attacks came as United States Secretary of State John Kerry said he is hopeful of reaching firm agreement with Russia on a ceasefire.Aaron has more.
