The Walt Disney Co., Walmart Inc., and Taco Bell are following Starbucks Corp.'s lead and are paying for their workers to get a college education.


The three companies are among a growing list of employers that have set up university alliances through Guild Education—a third-party manager of tuition assistance programs.
