Dr Daniel Man-Yuen Sze received his first PhD in immunology in UK. After nearly 2 decades dealing with Western medicine, Dr Sze decided to take up studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In this episode, Dr Sze talks about Human papillomaviruses (HPVs), which are a group of more than 100 related viruses. Two of these, HPV types 16 and 18, are responsible for most HPV-caused cancers, including cervical cancer.
