Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor is visiting Beijing from tomorrow 13 December to Friday 15 December for her duty visit, and will meet President Xi Jinping. The Christmas holidays have been the period for chief executives to report to state leaders, and Lam will be no exception for her first duty visit. A meeting with Premier Li Keqiang is also being arranged, after which she will meet Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office director Zhang Xiaoming. Chan Siu-kam reports.
