A recent study by The University of Hong Kong shows that Hong Kongers and Taiwanese overestimated their recycling knowledge. To cultivate and sustain the behavioural change of people on waste reduction and recycling, governments need to better educate people how to achieve the aim of clean recycling. Cheung Mo Ching reports.
