Energy policy dominates as Parliament resumes

Parliament has returned today (Monday) after a four week break, with Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull entering the new parliamentary sitting with his government slipping in the latest poll. It's set to be a critical week for him, with the unresolved citizenship saga which still may see him lose his Deputy.
