FWO Seminar targets Chinese business operators

As part of Fair Work Ombudsman Chinese Australian Engagement Strategy, FWO has conducted an information session for Chinese business owners in Melbourne. Aaron has interviewed Lyn Barnett, Assistant Director, Community Engagement, FWO, and Marion Lau, the instigator of this information session, RE: what are the concerns of FWO regarding the industrial relationship and in what ways the Chinese Australian Engagement Strategy helps the employers as well as the employees understand their rights and responsibilities.
