The 2016 G20 summit has wrapped up in China's southern city of Hangzhou. Over the two days, world leaders spoke about pushing back against protectionism and pushing forward with free and fair trade. Fighting tax evasion, cutting excess steel production and climate change were all on the agenda. China had thrown all its efforts into ensuring the event proceeded without a glitch, but, in the end, it did not all go according to plan.
