Treasurer Scott Morrison says the Coalition will improve the budget bottom line by $1.1 billion by targeting "leakage, waste and abuse" in the welfare system. While earlier Opposition Leader Bill Shorten talked up Labor's approach to the economy, same-sex marriage and Medicare, in a National Press Club speech that marked his final formal bid to win over voters.
