Some shoppers have been charged twice for the same purchase following a technical glitch, supermarket giant Woolworths says. Woolworths has blamed a technical glitch after some customers were charged twice for the same purchase. Ivan has invited the director of bank of queens Doncaster branch, Simon Pho, to help us to understand who should take the most responsibility in regarding to this technical error. Simon will also explain how should the customer response if they find out that they had been double charged for their credit card accounts.
