Gourmet Express - Baked Grab Meat Bolognese

In many Hong Kong style cafes, the foods come as a mixture of Chinese and Western style - e.g. Cheese baked spaghetti Bolognese -where the chef cooks western dishes in a modification and with Chinese ingredients. In todays "Gourmet Express", Winmas and Mrs. Lee are going to introduce a dish called baked Crab meat Macaroni, which is a modified version of baked spaghetti Bolognese. And with a bit with the twisting of some ingredient, you can find made a myriad of different dishes using the same concept.
