Government eyeing February for gay-marriage plebiscite

The Turnbull Government is expected to announce the nation will go to the polls in February next year (2017) to vote for or against same-sex marriage. A total of 7.5 million dollars will be provided to each of the two sides in the debate. Aaron reports.
