Hong Kong Government proposed legislating procedure to initiate the large size rubbish dumping fee. Citizens are looking at it with cautions. On the other hand, a data analysis company published the top 30 industrialists who sell their shares, and the founder of Alibaba, Jack Ma, was at the top of list. But it has met with furious reactions from Alibaba. Our Hong Kong correspondent, Cheung Mo Ching, reports.
